Mayport Florida

I've been busy over the past few weeks, I moved from Great Lakes to Mayport FL where I am stationed. I work on the USS Doyle as an Operations Specialist. Right now I can't train for my job because we are not going out to sea for a while so I just clean and then leave. I spent Christmas with my grandparents and am now on leave in Kansas to visit friends and family.

  • Hi. My name's Emily and I just swore in to the Navy yesterday. I'm an OS, too. I leave for Great Lakes on June 23rd. I know our job has security clearance, but what's it really like?
